Winter doesn't officially begin until December 21st, but the ski mountain tells a different story. After a day on the slopes, our snow sport friends find their way to Cafe Diva for a taste of Chef Kate's Winter Menu, comprised of the freshest produce sourced from family farms, meats from regional ranches and sustainably harvested seafood. At Kate's side is a culinary team dedicated to your enjoyment, happy to accommodate gluten free, and vegetarian/vegan dietary preferences. Our intimate dining rooms afford limited availability, reservations are suggested.

Café Diva is open seven days a week, seating from 5:30pm until 9pm. Seating is limited, reservations are recommended.
