Thursday Wine Dinners
Join us for our 4-Course Wine Pairing Dinners. Experience regional flavors as Chef Kate pairs meals with fine wines. Events include an exquisite evening with Yampa Valley Ranch and Aubert on October 9th, Taste of Italy on October 23rd, and Taste of France on October 16th.
Join us for an unforgettable culinary journey at Cafe Diva, as we partner with Yampa Valley Ranch to present a four-course dinner celebrating the exquisite flavors of purebred, grass-fed, and grain-finished Wagyu. This is an evening of unparalleled indulgence, where the finest local ingredients meet world-class wines. We are honored to present a truly exceptional wine pairing for this event. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of two 100-point wines from the esteemed Aubert winery on October 9th.

Fondue Night
Wednesdays in the Fall
Join us for our classically prepared Fondue Night. Enjoy a night with friends and family around a bowl of Cheese or Chinois Fondue.
Fondue Night returns Wednesdays, October 9th through December 4th.
Each fondues feed 2 guests and include chocolate fondue dessert with fresh fruit and lady fingers.
Much of our Fall menu is also available.
